ASSESSMENT CONSULT
Meet with an experienced health care advocate via a virtual visit or face-to-face (face-to-face available within the Houston, Texas area only). We will perform a full assessment of your needs and unique situation. We will then provide you with expert recommendations in the form of a personalized action plan. You can then follow the action plan independently or you can retain our services and let us take the stress off you by letting us take the lead in managing your action plan. Up to 1.5 hours. If more time is required for the Assessment consult, time will be billed at our hourly rate. (For face-to-face assessments please note there is an additional travel fee of $50.00. No additional fee for virtual visits.)
ADVOCATE ENGAGEMENT
Need more time with an advocate? Need additional assistance? Do you need a trusted, reliable expert to assist you with managing your aging parents care?
